Charles: What are you trying to do? Print out your own hard-copy of a book created using Blurb's book creation software? If so, which software are you using? BookSmart, BookWright, or something else? Note that Blurb's software is specifically designed to allow people to create books to be printed by Blurb, so it would not surprise me if there are limitations in being able to print your own hard-copy from their software.
I am in the process of putting together a large landscape photo book and i read somewhere that because the bindings are not made to fit the amount of pages that you use it will make the bindings look too large if you don't have the right number of pages.
